It is so easy to fall into a pattern of indifference as we go through our lives. Our organization was born from this pattern. Here at Bless Up and Bloom, we know that sometimes all it takes to change the world is a little support. Since our founding in 2020, we have been determined to make an impact by breaking down the walls that create those constant barriers. The core of our efforts is to bring a fresh outlook on life to everyone we serve. We instill “beauty beyond the mirror” by providing beauty and wellness services to those who need them most. We are committed to no longer passing over the real issues of society and dealing with them head-on. We strive to bring beauty and purpose beyond the mirror, for humans of all abilities. We believe that change is possible when we put our hearts and minds to it.
Hygiene Education & Hygiene Kits in Northwest Ohio
Bless Up & Bloom is a Northwest Ohio nonprofit organization providing hygiene education programs and hygiene kits to schools, shelters, veterans, foster care agencies, recovery centers, and community organizations. We serve Findlay, Hancock County, and surrounding communities by combining practical hygiene instruction with direct access to essential personal care products

Our hygiene education programs are designed for schools, special needs organizations, homeless shelters, domestic violence centers, veterans groups, youth programs, and faith-based organizations. Each session is customized to meet the needs of the participants while ensuring dignity, accessibility, and meaningful learning.
Bloom Basics™ Hygiene Education Program
Bloom Basics™ is our signature hygiene education program serving Northwest Ohio. Participants receive age-appropriate instruction on personal hygiene habits, including oral care, hair care, skincare, and daily routines. Each class includes hygiene kits containing essential supplies so participants can immediately apply what they learn.
Why Hygiene Education and Product Access Matter
Hygiene insecurity impacts confidence, school attendance, job readiness, and overall well-being. Many individuals lack consistent access to deodorant, shampoo, toothpaste, and other personal care essentials. By addressing both hygiene education and hygiene product distribution, Bless Up & Bloom helps eliminate barriers that affect mental health, social connection, and opportunity.

We partner with public and private schools, veterans organizations, special needs programs, recovery centers, shelters, foster care agencies, and community groups.
