Wayne Korpics
Board Member
Wayne Korpics brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in higher education and financial services to the Bless Up & Bloom Board. Currently a Financial Advisor with Huntington Bank, he is committed to guiding individuals and families with integrity and sound financial stewardship.A longtime Findlay resident, Wayne and his wife, Renee, have been married for over 30 years and are proud parents and grandparents. His professional expertise and heart for community service make him a valued member of the Bless Up & Bloom team.

Adam Walls
Treasurer
Adam Walls serves as Treasurer for Bless Up and Bloom and brings a strong background in finance and entrepreneurship. He is a Regional Vice President with Primerica Advisors and works as an independent financial advisor. Alongside his wife, Adam co-owns two businesses, Blood-Covered Productions LLC, an entertainment services company, and BLV Ventures LLC, a real estate investment firm.A dedicated family man, Adam and his wife are raising three children and stay actively involved in their community through business, sports, and faith-based organizations. He is passionate about supporting Bless Up and Bloom’s mission and values the organization’s unique, uplifting approach to serving others.

Jordan Stock
Board Member
Vice President, RCR Technology Group, Jordan brings a strong background in business management, marketing, and community engagement, along with a passion for giving back. He is actively involved in several local boards and committees, including the Seneca County Planning Committee, Findlay-Hancock County Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors, Welcome to a New Life, and the Millstream Career Center Marketing Board. A graduate of Tiffin University with a degree in Business Management and Marketing, Jordan also contributes valuable experience in administration and public relations.

Chris Niccolls serves as a board member for Bless Up and Bloom, bringing expertise in nonprofit strategy and community impact. As a consultant with Niccolls and Dimes, Chris specializes in sustainability, housing, and disability, helping organizations strengthen their impact through research, systems thinking, and strategic partnerships that support long-term outcomes.
Chris is passionate about advancing dignity and opportunity for all and supports Bless Up and Bloom for its commitment to compassion, inclusion, and helping individuals feel confident and valued.

Kiley Rutzler serves as a board member for Bless Up and Bloom and brings a strong background in service, marketing, and event planning. As the owner of Event Pro Connections, she has years of experience creating meaningful events that bring people together and strengthen community connections.
Kiley is passionate about giving back and supports Bless Up and Bloom’s mission to provide essential resources and education to those who need them most.
