Bless Up & Bloom Joins Families & Freightliners for a Night of Community, Connection, and Care
Bless Up & Bloom was honored to participate in HTI Hall Trucking Families & Freightliners, a community event held on May 30 that brought together families, local businesses, vendors, food trucks, community partners, and truck enthusiasts for an evening of fun, connection, and hometown pride.
Events like this remind us why community outreach matters.
Families & Freightliners was more than a night of trucks, food, activities, and entertainment. It was an opportunity for people throughout Findlay and Northwest Ohio to come together, support one another, and celebrate the organizations and businesses working to make our community stronger.
For Bless Up & Bloom, being part of this event was especially meaningful.
Showing Up for Families in Northwest Ohio
At Bless Up & Bloom, our mission is to help individuals and families feel clean, confident, and cared for through hygiene education, wellness support, and access to essential hygiene products.
When we attend community events like Families & Freightliners, we are able to meet people where they are. We get to share our mission, connect with families, answer questions, and remind people that support is available.
Sometimes outreach looks like a hygiene class.
Sometimes it looks like a donation drive.
Sometimes it looks like a conversation at a community event where someone learns about Bless Up & Bloom for the first time.
Every connection matters.
A Community Event With Heart
Families & Freightliners brought together an incredible group of local businesses, food trucks, vendors, and community partners, each contributing their time, energy, and support to create a fun evening for families.
The event included activities for kids, great food, trucks on display, local vendors, and the America250 trailer. Guests were invited to make a donation to The Findlay Military Association and sign the inside of the trailer with their name, favorite Bible verse, patriotic message, or words of encouragement.
It was a beautiful way to bring people together around community, country, and connection.
As a Northwest Ohio nonprofit, Bless Up & Bloom is grateful for opportunities like this because they allow us to stand alongside other organizations and businesses that care deeply about serving others.
Why Community Partnerships Matter
Bless Up & Bloom was founded on the belief that everyone deserves to feel clean, confident, and cared for. But we know we cannot do this work alone.
Community partnerships help make our mission possible.
When local businesses, nonprofits, volunteers, schools, churches, salons, and organizations come together, we can reach more people. We can provide more hygiene products. We can offer more hygiene education. We can create more moments where someone feels seen, supported, and valued.
Families & Freightliners was a wonderful example of what happens when people work together for something bigger than themselves.
Thank You to the Businesses and Partners Who Made It Possible
We are thankful for the many local businesses, vendors, food trucks, and community partners who helped make Families & Freightliners such a special event, including Puck Coffee Truck LLC, Wok.Up.Street Hibachi, Fatbacks Smokehouse, Ace of Face, LLC, Blanchard Township Fire Department, M & T Photo Booth, Dude Cornhole, Furry Tales Mobile Workshop, Findlay Young Professionals, Freedom Express Train, and the many others who gave their time and support.
Bless Up & Bloom is proud to be part of a community that shows up for families in such meaningful ways.
Helping Confidence Bloom, One Connection at a Time
Every time Bless Up & Bloom participates in a community event, we are reminded that the need for hygiene education and essential hygiene products is real. We are also reminded that compassion is powerful.
A simple conversation can open a door.
A donated product can restore dignity.
A hygiene class can build confidence.
A community event can connect someone to the support they need.
That is why we show up.
We are grateful to everyone who stopped by, supported the event, learned more about our mission, and helped make Families & Freightliners a memorable evening for families in Findlay and Northwest Ohio.
Together, we can continue helping confidence bloom.
